Frequently Asked Questions
When are your
services?
Our fall-winter-spring schedule
has services at 8:30, 9:45, and 11:00. During the summer, we have two Sunday
morning worship services: one at 8:30 and the second at 10:00.
Can I bring my
children?
Of course! Children are welcome at both services, and at 10:00 during the summer
(9:45 during the rest of the year), we offer special
time for children during the service. We also provide nursery care for children
up to 4 years old from 8:30 until 11:00.
Will I be able to
meet members of the congregation?
We have fellowship between services downstairs in our Friendship Room, where you
can have a cup of coffee, a treat, and a warm welcome from our congregation.
During the summer, we share fellowship outdoors in front of the Olive Street entrance.
Is there anything
else I should know about your worship services?
Communion is served the first Sunday of each month. All are welcome to take
communion in the United Methodist Church, regardless of age or church
affiliation. Grape juice and bread or rice wafers are served.
Where are you
located?
We’re easy to find since we’re right in downtown Bozeman at 121 South Willson
Avenue. Willson is the main north-south street downtown and we’re two blocks
south of Main Street, which runs east-west, at the corner of Willson and Olive.

What about
parking?
There are several churches in the neighborhood so street parking can be a
challenge on Sunday mornings. We do reserve some special needs parking spots
right in front of the Olive Street entrance. You are also welcome to park at the
Emerson Cultural Center, one block west of the church on Olive Street, or at our
Annex, located across Willson Avenue.
Are you able to
accommodate people with special needs?
In addition to the special needs parking, we have a ramp on the Olive Street
entrance for wheelchair access and an elevator near the alley entrance (although
the sanctuary is on the main level). We also provide large-print bulletins,
hymnals, supplements, and Bibles, as well as hearing assists.
