Ministry
As Christians, we are all called to ministry, that is, service within God's community for God's people. Multiple opportunities for ministry exist within Bozeman United Methodist Church as well as in our local and global communities.
The Missions and Social Concerns Team's goal is to present to the congregation opportunities to participate in and support local and distant missions of outreach and service. We have an active ministry within our church, including providing meals for families in need, helping at Vacation Bible School, participating in the musical part of our worship services, running our library, serving as ushers on Sunday mornings, and much, much more.
We also partner with many community and international groups including the newly established Family Promise of Gallatin County, Habitat for Humanity, the Intermountain Children's Home, Gallatin County Food Bank, Love INC, and many others. We also support worldwide ministry including missionary work in Mongolia and Angola.
